Job Description
- Helps clients with the best kind of efficiency and enthusiasm beyond their expectations.
- Builds rapport and aims to satisfy each customer for every call.
- Provides customers what they need to know and remains fully engaged in addressing their concerns
- Excellent communicators who provides empathetic and sincere service.
- Caters to customers’ account issues, product and system inquiries to delivery schedule - passionate in solving our clients’ concerns.
- Will thoroughly work on validations and records management.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy; helpfulness in being able to see themselves in the customer’s shoes
- Ability to get the point across quickly and politely (always politely)
- Ease, patience and optimism in resolving issues
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
