Job Description
- Prepares and processes payroll of contractual employees and submits bank advice and bank remittance to the bank
- Prepares and submits payroll register, bank remittance and bank advice to the immediate superior for checking
- Orients newly hired employees about payroll in the absence of Payroll Administrator
- Posting tardiness, under-time, vacation leave, sick leave, and maternity leave
- Segregates pay slips per location thru night inspector.
- Prepares SSS, BIR and PAG-IBIG monthly remittance of contractual employees
- Submits SSS and TIN applications of the newly hired employees.
- Process clearance and prepares cheques for lay-off and resigned employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy or of any related course
- Preferably with experience in time-keeping
- Fresh Graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
- Familiar with BIR, SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth transactions
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to take long hours of work
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
