Job Description
- Responsible for handling calls received through the customer hotline.
- He/She will be answering incoming calls and address customer requests, inquiries, and complaints within the duration of the call
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with phone banking experience is an advantage
- Willing to work in Makati
- With above average communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule (until 10pm only)
- Hardworking and dedicated to work
- Applicants with NBI and medical clearance will be prioritized
