Job Description
- Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting web and desktop applications.
- Providing technical support / problem resolution through phone/chat/email.
- Handle user/client concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Reproduction and validation of issues reported by users.
- Provide support to developers in investigating application related issues
- Monitor application usage and infrastructure.
- Recommend and/or apply necessary changes to the system based on user feedback.
- Escalate concerns and issues as necessary to your supervisor.
- Documentation of all identified issues/errors from cause to resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Computer related field.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- A technical, logical thought process.
- The desire to learn and develop skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- An ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience in hands-on technical support, preferably in an IT or related industry.
- Basic knowledge in software testing.
