HR Manager | Full Time, Remote  

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Consult with Spectrum One's leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Spectrum One.
• Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.

• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of three years of human resource management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
• Knowledge and experience working in the IT industry with this role or a similar role.
• Experience managing stakeholders of varying seniority, including C-Suite and business leaders
