Supply Chain Manager  

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across our supply chain. As our brands portfolio increases, we have high ambitions to expand business across multi-sales channels and geographical locations. You will have the opportunity to solve highly complex problems to ensure delivery and excellent customer feedback. To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic problem solver, a strong project manager, a flexible and analytical problem solver and a strong communicator and facilitator.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute supply planning to ensure optimum inventory levels across all sales channels and geographic locations
• Monitor and report on Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory performance, anticipate and mitigate any risks linked to out-of-stock or overstock situations

• Provide general oversight, guidance and integration of the different departments involved such as logistics, warehouse operations, sales, and customer service
• Provide leadership and support to the team on priorities, timelines, resource assignment, issue resolution, and communications.
• Develop SOPs on all aspects of Supply Chain Management
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions
• Create high-level reports and analysis
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a management role
• Experience in wholesale and retail operations will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Can work independently and with a team
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace applications
• Knowledge and hands on experience using ERP systems
• Amenable to work beyond working hours
