Back End Developer on Socialights is responsible for implementing code elements that users will interact with on various platform such as websites, application & mobile apps. You will be the wizard of digital magic. Providing users with the wonderland journey of digital assets from content to presentation to behavior layers. You should be driven by thinking beyond ideas, willing to take on new challenges and have a proactive mindset in order to help company/clients brand to stay above the curve.

• Developing problem-solving creative and interactive in a programming language across all digital outlets for the assigned Digital Campaign and Advertising strategy to ensure it meets the required style, tone, and marketing message, as well as reflecting each of client's brand personality. This task will include providing best coding options, developing timescales and in overall advising clients on what technically possible and researching alternative approaches to provide cohesive support of overall clients creative strategies;
• Developing actual and reusable codes and libraries that will produce visual elements of the web and/or application, that is used for present and future use;
• Maintain coordination with clients, team, and management on strategy, development and project results;
• Provide assistance when in need and work proactively without being asked and under tight schedules.

1. Having great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results;
2. Good literature of English, so she/he can understand these qualifications well;
3. Funny person, a person with an outstanding ability to laugh and having fun;
4. Having at least 1-year experience as a Coder, Software Engineer or Back-end developer, like experienced full-time soldiers who know well their battlefield;
5. Experience in:
   • Good understanding of HTML;
   • Familiar with NodeJS;
   • CSS (Bootstrap & Foundation);
   • Javascript & JQuery (Angular JS, EmberJS & KnockOuJS);
   • Database Management System (MySql, MS SQL & MongoDB);
   • Control version software (GIT & SVN);
6. Able to set a responsive and updated style of web-stack on various platform such VPS (Linux & Windows) or any other shared hosting, don't mind to get his/her hands dirty to effectively innovate big ideas and also execute on the details. Typical of a "Maju Terus Pantang Mundur" person.
7. Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs and ideas from multiple sources with differing opinions and definitely not a BAPER'an person.
8. Must have a portfolio to show and demonstrate.
