Job Description
Our organization is seeking a Purchasing Assistant who will be
- Responsible for finding, reviewing, and placing the order of materials, supplies, office and computer equipment, tools.
- Responsible for researching new deals and suppliers.
- Perform/facilitate the purchasing process (requisition, canvassing, preparation, payment, and deliveries).
- Follow up on orders to ensure that materials, equipment, furniture, and fixture are delivered on schedule.
- In charge of inspecting products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specification.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of any 4 years course
- Ability with admin and clerical works
- Knowledgeable in Purchase Order
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Knowledgeable in the inventory of stocks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledgeable in PO
- With exposure to different suppliers
