Job Description
- Develop policies & procedures, training materials & manuals as reference of store staff to ensure standard implementation across all stores
- Draft memos on store operations following standards; regularly update manuals, quick guides & training materials based on current policies & procedures
- Perform UAT activities to be able to check correct procedures & identify errors in the system; document results/findings
- Audit the stores to check compliance to policies & procedures; document findings in a formal report to management
- Prepare & generate store sales productivity reports based on prescribed format
- Prepare store opening schedules; facilitate scheduling of pocket meetings & prepare minutes of meetings; conduct training & assist in pre-store opening requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 month(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Detail oriented and can work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel
