Job Description
- Conducts cash count before and after disbursements.
- Prepares and releases budget and vale of drivers and helpers for the trips as well as staff cash requests.
- Receives, computes and validates liquidations releases.
- Monitors unliquidated advances of drivers and staff.
- Receives payments from scrap sales, BO sales and client collection.
- Entertains driver's concern regarding liquidations.
- Coordinates and follows-up to concerned Department unliquidated advances of employees.
- Prepares and submits liquidations to Head-Office Accounting Department for replenishment.
- Submits Daily Cash Flow Report, Cash Card Monitoring, Summary of Expenses, Summary of Unliquidated Advances to Accounting Supervisor.
- Release budget to Operations Dispatcher for night dispatch.
- Performs others tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills, Keen to details.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced as Cashier
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must be willing to assign Bago Aplaya, Talomo District, Davao City
