Job Description
Duties include, but not limited to facilitating the following processes:
- Conducts quarterly branch visits to ensure that employees’ concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, reporting/coordinating necessary steps to cater to their needs.
- Assists, monitors employee’s adherence/compliance on the following:
- Customer Service Standards – to ensure that all branch employees provide excellent customer service with emphasis on Supplier’s required service level and processes and the conduct of pertinent After Sales Service.
- Adherence to company’s 5S Program, Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health Program. Records and reports any deviation from these set standards to the Corporate HRAD and/or respective branch and area managers.
- Training Courses (Supplier’s Training, internal and external training programs including New Hire Orientation Program) by coordinating with respective branch/area managers and Head Office TOD personnel.
- Assists the HRAD – Employee Relations Section in investigation and serving of notices or decisions. Assists employees in their queries relevant to ER matters.
- Attends to internal customer concerns pertaining to Compensation and Benefits/Timekeeping and coordinates these to corresponding head office personnel.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and coordinate findings for proper courses of action.
RECRUITMENT
- End to end recruitment (Sourcing, Profiling, Conducting initial interview, Schedule branch interview with the Branch and Area Managers and Endorse to HO Recruitment)
- Prepares hiring status report and ensure that the hiring activity is hitting the timeline/targets.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with college and university placement offices.
- Schedule and attend career fairs to generate qualified applicants
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Human Resource, Psychology and other relevant courses.
- With at least 2 years of experience on HR policies and processes or as HR Generalist.
- Knowledge on Training strategies and OD interventions, Recruitment and labor laws are advantage.
- Proficiency on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is preferred.
