Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Handles a team of agents
- Monitors and improves individual and team performance
- Drives the team members to meet the account-specific KPIs
- Provides action plans for each team member in order to improve performance
- Manages the retention of agents and minimizes or addresses attrition of team members
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO set up
- 10 full-time positions
- Must pass 85% of KPI’s in the last 3 months
- Must be flexible in terms of work schedule and coming in on weekends and holidays
Skills:
- Possesses good leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create action plans in order to improve business practices
- Ability to manage a team of more than 10 agents
- Ability to navigate various tools
- Above average interpersonal and written communication skills
