The Philippine Tour Operators Association (PHILTOA), Inc. is an
organization of tour operators and allied members actively involved in the
advocacy of responsible tourism. Founded on 12 June 1986, non-stock and
non-profit organization. The membership includes travel agencies, hotel,
Resorts, transportation companies, handicraft stores, and other tourism-
oriented establishments and association.
As part of Shroff Travel’s continuous growth and expansion, we are opening our doors to driven, creative and passionate individuals who are committed to growing their careers in the field of travel and tourism. We are now in the process accepting applications of candidates who excel holistically; outstanding skills and committed to success, high proficiency in seeking knowledge and gain understanding, and importantly, exhibit a positive attitude and focused mindset.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
- Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of their products.
- Product launch – plan and execute the launch of new products and releases to the organization and to the market.
- Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition.
- Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for their products.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Tourism/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months relevant experience but Fresh graduate applicants with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply.
- With excellent public relations skills in both written and oral
- Has a basic knowledge of doing photography and writing articles
- With a good sense of organizational and procedural skills
- Knowledge of Philippine History, Culture, and the Arts
- With pleasing personality, hardworking, honest, and flexible
- High ability to work under pressure
- Possess a high degree of integrity and perseverance, a great team player
- With high level of confidence and ability to do multi-task work
