We are looking for a Human Resource supervisor that will manage our recruitment, learning, organizational development and HR initiatives for Shroff Travel. The person will work directly with the company directors to spearhead strategic people initiatives in shaping the company's vision.
We are looking for someone who has a positive-spirit, enjoys working with different people and teams, effective project manager, and with the utmost integrity. The person has to imbibe certain values integral to Shroff Travel such as innovation, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in HR posts, especially recruitment/employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
