The HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of all HR policies and programs; overall in-charge of employee discipline, employee evaluation, employee relations program and records management; ensures proper administration of wages and benefits in the organization; coordinates and monitors Recruitment activities such as proper sourcing, screening and selection; deals with labor (DOLE) and legal (criminal) cases; coordinates with external agencies (e.g Cooperative Groups, HMO); ensures confidentiality of employee records; in-charge of training and development (behavioral skills) and; supervises the HR Team in the performance of their job functions
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS Psychology or Behavioral Science graduate
Experience: At least 7 years of general HR experience
Skills: Very good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal relations; has managerial skills; strong leadership skills; has knowledge on all areas/aspects of Human Resources and Training; ; with knowledge and experience on the terms and services of Cooperatives; Proficient in the use of computer, specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
