Job Description
- Assist in the HRIS implementation and ensure all activities and resources needed are in place;
- Assist the Project Manager and point person in coordinating with the client and the HRIS partner of RBT;
- Assist the Project Manager in the monitoring of the HRIS Project plan after the sign off with the client;
- Assist the Project Manager in the gathering of HRIS requirements for sign off with the client;
- Conducts research on the market trends, tools or venues that will ensure timely and efficient delivery of HRIS during implementation;
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the system development activities;
- Assist the Project Manager in the conduct of initial Quality Assurance (QA) testing on any revisions or upgrades in the HRIS;
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of user manuals and ensure to update in terms of revisions;
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the HRIS installations, configuration, and user training;
- Provides assistance in the conduct of the User’s Acceptance Test (UAT) and ensure sign-off prior to parallel run;
- Assist the Project Manager in the parallel run and ensures all issues are resolved and monitored;
- Assist in the data build-up and ensures sign-off of data and, agreed upon functionalities prior to GO-LIVE;
- Provides assistance in the monitoring of the GO-LIVE run and ensures all issues elevated to the Project Manager or anticipated issues are resolved;
- Assist the helpdesk staff and ensures all manuals, procedures, implementing guidelines and policies are in place;
- Provides assistance in the monitoring of the hand-over of the system including documentations after GO-LIVE and setup of Helpdesk;
- Render such other services as may be required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant courses;
- 1 year of experience in HRIS analytics is an advantage;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
