- Handle recruitment needs of the organization;
- Facilitate training and development as needed;
- Handle other facets of HR such as but not limited to Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant course;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment, Training and/or generalist role;
- Experience in Health and Medical environment is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Amenable to work in Quezon City.
