Job Description
- Prepare various accounting schedules:
- Accounts Receiving, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, Registers, and General Ledger adjustments.
- Handle and maintain accurately the accounting records of the company using the company's accounting system.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Prepare the company's cash flows (receipts and disbursements).
- Assist in preparing government reports such as for BIR
- Prepare vouches, checks, credit/debit notes, and other related documents.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors / College Degree in Accountancy/ Accounting Management/ Financial Management or related course
- Fresh grads are welcome & encouraged to apply
- Experience in the same field is an advantage
- Fast-learner and willing to be trained
- Well versed in MS Office
- Knowledgeable in General Accounting
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- With good analytical thinking skills, technical expertise
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in Ayala, Makati City
- Willing to start ASAP
