The manager will head all finance and accounting related functions of the company. He/she shall form and lead a team, create and implement processes and controls for the startup.
He/she will lead the implementation of the ERP/ Accounting software.
He/she will facilitate the treasury needs, help negotiate for bank loans and lines, etc. He/she will represent the company for BIR, SEC and other government related compliance needs.
He/she will contribute in strategic planning and have an important role as a “business partner”.
Minimum Qualifications
- CPA or CMA license, if none, at least have 10 years solid accounting and finance experience
- Managed entire financial statements reporting preparation
- Able to do budgeting and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
