- This position will report to the Information Systems & Technical Manager and will be responsible for a variety of user support functions including, but not limited to:
- installations and commissioning of systems
- product maintenance and training
- workflow and technical consultancy
- product presentation and demonstration
- Will actively support consulting projects, simulate workflows, prepare laboratory layouts and prepare presentations to support the development of solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Medical Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Must have at least 2 years IT or IT-related experience preferably in a hospital or laboratory setting.
- Must have excellent presentation skills coupled with strong customer orientation.
- Laboratory or laboratory-related experience with knowledge in laboratory workflow is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
