Job Description
- On time preparation of Check Vouchers
- In charge of releasing checks to suppliers
- Encoding of journal vouchers @ SAP
- Maintain/update individual Supplier's folder
- Responsible for proper charges allocation of Balance sheet accounts
- Preparation of quarterly BIR form 2307 for suppliers
Minimum Qualifications
- Female
- Candidate must be a graduate of Business Course preferably BS Accountancy
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
- Can work w/ minimum supervision
- Flexible / hardworking
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encourage to apply
