Job Description
- Receives incoming deliveries.
- Prepares receiving report and documents (Delivery Receipt/Materials Requisition and Issuance Slip) of outgoing stocks.
- Arranges incoming stocks.
- Releases inventories as supported by Delivery Receipts (DR), Sales Invoice (SI), and Materials Requisition and Issuance Slip (MRIS).
- Ensures proper stacking of inventory.
- Files purchase order.
- Reconciles incoming deliveries with a purchase order.
- Monitors unreturned demo items.
- Delivers medical supplies and equipment as maybe assigned.
- Refurbishes equipment as maybe assigned.
- Handles messengerial work and collection as maybe assigned.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Education : 4year or Vocational Graduate
- Experience : At least 6 months experience in warehouse operations
- Computer literate
