Job Description
- Provide technical support for network, hardware and software issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on network equipments, computers and printers
- Monitor daily the internet speed and network performance
- Maintain an inventory list of the office equipments
- Install and configure software, hardware and network equipments
- Help in troubleshooting network, hardware and software
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in computer troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience providing hardware and software support to users.
- Experience in installations and configurations of any of the following operating systems – Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Linux
- Knowledge in server, network and voice technology
- Experience with LAN/WAN environment including routing and security protocols
- Knowledgeable in Linux and Windows operating system.
- Resourceful and takes initiatives.
- Knowledgeable in computer troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in computer network troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in CCTV configuration
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule and do on calls
- Willing to work in BGC
