Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and coordination to training requests and class related inquiries from clients via email.
- Assign trainers to new users and to users requesting training through the Helpdesk, Account managers and Client specialists.
- Create and promote the Monthly and Adhoc classroom and webinar schedule, as well as Seminar invites to clients.
- Issue Certificates of Class Attendance to clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook and project management software, e.g. Trello.
- With minimal knowledge on CRM applications or is willing to be trained.
- Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
