Responsible in establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements and establish compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
He/She is also responsible in ensuring efficient and coordinated clinic flow by coordinating and planning clinic activities; communicates patient’s needs; makes referrals; serves as a resource person of insurance information and other assistance relevant to the needs of the patient.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business course or related Allied Health or Medical Profession.
- Health professional, preferred but not required
- Cashiering and admin clinic experience, preferred but not required.
