Project Officer | Health Care Industry  

Primary Functions:

• Work closely with the COO in developing corporate action plans based on corporate and market evaluation analysis. These should ensure total customer delight; broaden market share and continuous introduction of innovative products.
• Work closely with the COO in ensuring that departmental action plans are delivered on a timely basis.
• Ensure proper coordination among all departments of the organization based on specific projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be assigned from time to time. Upon assignment, the COO discusses the following: scope of the project, main objective or targets of the project, customers or departments involved and the expected completion date. The Special Project Officer must be able to ensure the following:
• Coordinate with all personnel involved
• Document all agreed action plans and timetable
• Monitor the action plans
• Write weekly status report; inform top management of possible factors that will delay the project
• Document recommendations
• May be requested to attend the Monthly meeting with existing clients from time to time.
• Performs Adhoc functions as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• At least 5-years proven work experience in Operations, Systems and Methods and/or Project Management, preferably in the HealthCare Industry.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; with a broad appreciation of HealthCare industry.
• Ability to coordinate well with all types of personalities across the organization.
• Excellent Technical Skill with keen interest on IT.
• With good moral character and pleasing personality.
• Can communicate with people from all walks of life
