Job Description

  • Support Contact Center operations to run well

  • Installation of hardware (servers, workstations) and system software

  • Monitor and maintain computer devices, laptops, CCTV, PABX, servers and networks

  • Create reports for IT inventory, maintenance programs and IT work that is technical support and troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN

  • Documentation and implementation of ISO 9001, 27001

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum D3 education in informatics engineering

  • Proficient in networking (Mikrotik Router, Linux, Wireless, Bandwidth Controller, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS)

  • Have an understanding of network and security concepts

  • Have experience in troubleshooting and installing networks, Windows, Linux

  • Placement: Yogyakarta and Semarang

  • Willing to work in Shifting
