Job Description
As a data engineer, you have a responsibility to manage data pipelines from or to the data warehouse and Big Data.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Experience working as Big Data Engineer for 5 years
- Operate Linux and Windows OS
- Have good knowledge about the end-to-end data platform process
Preference qualification
- Hands-on Experience with SQL Query is mandatory
- Hands-on Experience with SQL Database as a user or as Administrator (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, Greenplum)
- Hands-on Experience with NoSQL Database as a user or as administrator (MongoDB,neo4J, Redis, Hbase)
- Hands-on Experience with ETL tools (Datastage, Talend, Informatica, Pentaho, Amazon Glue)
- Hands-on Experience with the streaming process (Kafka and confluent, Amazon Kinesis)
- Hands-on Experience with hand code (Spark code, Python, and R)
- Hands-on Experience with Cloud technology (IBM Cloud, Amazon, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
- Hands-on Experience with REST API or SOAP API
- Point Plus: Hands-on Experience with Cloudera manager (Installation, manage node, manage services (HDFS, Hive, Hue, YARN), daily activity check and troubleshot) 2. Have certified as a data engineer from any kind of Technology (IBM, Talend, Informatica, AWS, GCP, Azure) 3. Have certified as Cloudera administrator
