Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end webinar/digital event process, functioning as a liaison between speaker and Operations team to ensure expectations are met
- Create designs (flyers, thumbnails, banners) related to the webinar
- Collect and review webinar presentation materials
- Prepare schedule and conduct rehearsals. Provide direction for speakers
- Supervise, manage, and produce webinars; able to operate webinar tools & software (OBS)
- Facilitates Q&A sessions and in charge as an event timekeeper
- Stand by every webinar process that takes place (weekdays and weekends)
- Create a webinar report and send it to the Sales & Operations team
- Manage D2D Instagram account (admin, content planning, and reporting)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Creative, Marketing, Communication, or any related major
- Having at least 1-3 years of experience in Webinar Management / Live Streaming
- Proficient in live streaming software (OBS or Vmix) and design editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, etc)
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal skills, extremely organized
- Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
- Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work
