Team Leader / Officer Business Analyst – Business Process Management

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Job Description

  • Understand business process and gather business requirements of the customers
  • Define new business process flow and framework, while ensuring alignment with existing business processes
  • Translate business requirements to BRD/ Functional spec & other relevant documentations
  • Help to document business process and rules into the enterprise process inventory
  • Promote and implement Business Process Management Policies and standards throughout project execution
  • Coordinate with business SME and consider their input to develop to-be model
  • Oversee the Functional/ Business Verification during User Acceptance Test & implementation review
  • Provide Requirement clarification to developers, testers & other project team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • 4-5 years of work experience in business analyst or process improvement roles
  • Possession of project management knowledge and IT related skillsets is an advantage
  • Maximum age limit of 40 years old
  • Ability to think outside the box on any business problems statements
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving, proficiency with numbers, and finding patterns
  • Ability to break down complex problems, come up with “Practical” solution and easily monitoring outcomes
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with cross functional units (Business, IT, Ops, etc.)
  • Flexibility & eagerness to learn new things
  • Able to write & speak fluently in English as well as Bahasa
  • Knowledge of banking industry is preferred
