Job Description
Officer Human Capital Communication will work as part of a team to implement Bank's internal communication strategy related to Human Capital policies and initiatives starting from compiling, editing, and correcting material to ensure quality consistency align with the brand guidelines.
- Arrange an attractive and easily understood communication materials in the form of presentation material, infographics, posters, photos, videos, and others.
- Distribute and publish communication materials to employees through e-mail blast, SMS blast, intranet, video blast, posters, and other media.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor degree (S1)
- Solid experience in video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and retouching skills
- Creative storyteller – enjoying good story creation
- Have good understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc.
- Be agile – fast to adapt in various environment
- Good attitude, communication, andtime management
- Demonstrable video editing ability with some strong portfolio.
