Job Description

ASI ASIA PACIFIC is looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to lead the ASI Asia Pacific Client Services Team to grow our various platform adoption rates through new customer acquisition. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires outstanding business skills to sell into Fortune 1,000 companies, become a true partner to our largest clients, and bring their feedback to the broader team to improve our solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and the potential that technology provides organisations to transform their talent. This role is based in Jakarta and reports to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building the enterprise client base in Indonesia, and then prepare for overseas expansion
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to working with HR and IT to structuring deals and guide them through product implementation
  • Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and structure commercial agreements
  • Navigate short and long-term sales cycles across multiple lines of business & departments within an organisation
  • Deep product expertise, understanding of the communications and collaboration landscape to sell a vision for how companies can change the way they hire, assess and build phenomenal teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong sales leader with 8+ years professional experience in HR Consulting or B2B software sales
  • Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing large transactions while exceeding sales targets
  • Interested in technology, great products, and being part of innovation
  • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, demanding environment
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving customer needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of ASI Asia Pacific
  • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong analytical ability
