Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out assignments/Tickets/cases to the maximum (fast, precise, and accurate) to achieve the predetermined SLA
- Maintain good relations with other work units and customers for customer satisfaction
- Developing competency for team members by both soft skills and hard skills
- Provide direction and coordination to the team members
- Ensure the knowledge management process in the department runs regularly
- Conduct performance evaluations on team members
- Manage project maintenance both administratively and coordinate any work or problems that exist
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree majoring in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Informatics or related fields
- Having 4 years of work experience in Application Support or System Engineer
- Have expertise in System/Data Integration (ETL, Web Service)
- Have expertise in Database system (MYSQL, Oracle, SQL Query)
- Good understanding of Operating System (Windows, Linux Based)
- Have expertise in Web Application Server (Web Logic, Apache Tomcat, etc.)
- Have expertise in implemented systems/solutions
- Good understanding of AML and Fraud concepts in general
- Have other specific skills
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate well to the internal team and customers
- Have a good initiative and be proactive at work
- Have high integrity at work
- Have a passion for achievement to develop at work
- Fluent in English
