- Build client database by strengthening existing customer relationship and finding new customers who can benefit from the product.
- Perform marketing activities by scheduling product presentation with potential customers and present to them as needed and secure contracts if the need arises.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including coordination with suppliers and contractors.
- Perform project management activities for new and ongoing projects and ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Manage and lead After Sales by providing ongoing support to customers.
- Identify opportunity areas to streamline sales, marketing, and operational processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate, preferably with Electrical Engineering background.
- 1-2 years experience in Sales but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Can easily understand technical terms (training to be provided).
- Good verbal and written communication skills (both English and Filipino).
- Good leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Basic skills in MS Office applications.
- Pleasing personality.
- Can do site visits/field work and work with contractors and clients.
- Preferrably with a driver's license but not required.
- Willing to work for a start-up division and build client and contractor database.
- Flexible to work on weekends or outside working hours (as needed).
- Willng to travel as needed.
