Job Description
- Supervise the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services to maintain the standard flow of work
- Verify processed requisitions of materials
- Check documents for approval of purchase request and ensure that the details encorporated in the documents are complete and valid
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as maybe required by the Purchasing manager
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least College degree in Business/ Marketing/ Finance/ Accountancy or any related course
- At least 3 years of purchasing experience with strong background in inventory control and supervisory experience in steel industry
- Preferably specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Warehouse management or equivalent
- Possesses a good business judgements skills
- Possesses effective leadership and management skills to guide and motivate subordinates
- Has knowledge about steel trading business
- Excellent in Microsoft office
