Job Description
- Process activities that are related to purchase of items
- Prepare documents that are to be use in purchase of items
- Enhances effectiveness and efficiency in the department by providing information management support
- Maintains confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary school diploma/ Vocational diploma/ short course certificate, any field
- At least 6 months of working experience in the field related
- Computer literate and excellent in using Microsoft office application
- Someone who can work under pressure and with less supervision
- Has good interpersonal, Oral, and written communication skills
- Organize and keen to details
- Knowledgeable in purchasing process for trading industry
- With strong communication skills is a must
