Job Description
- Issue invoices to customers.
- Issue monthly customer statements.
- Update customer files with issued invoices.
- Process credit memos.
- Update the customer master file with contact information.
- Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register.
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites.
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchange.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years experience in Billing (Preferably those who work in Manpower industry);
- Preferably, Female with outgoing personality.
- Can work under pressure;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
