Job Description
- Prepare billing statements and bookkeeping.
- Reconcile the inventory balances.
- Pay invoices by:
- Verifying transaction information.
- Scheduling and preparing disbursements.
- Obtaining authorization for payment.
- Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Maintain financial historical records.
- Submit daily cash balances and reconciliation reports to supervisors.
- Prepare vouchers for cash and check disbursements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or any equivalent course.
- Computer literate.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, efficient, and hardworking.
- Works well under pressure.
- Willing to be trained.
