Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Facilities Management Services Section Head in planning and overseeing the maintenance of all installed equipment, machinery, devices and other related facilities repair and maintenance. The position is also responsible for ensuring that routine facility utility processes are carried out in the safest, most time-efficient and cost-effective way possible.
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel in performing all required duties and responsibilities.
- Estimates the materials needed and time to complete the work at hand per site, able to provide detailed report basing the inspection of the property that will lead to creating a bill of materials. Punch-listing and restoring the properties.
- Ensures building utility systems to meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements,
- Performs reactive maintenance in terms of repairs and service request, assure no repeated works and with quality.
- Conducts preventive maintenance monitoring for all equipment installed. Able to create or innovate checklist and methods of approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering-related course
- At least one (1) year work experience in electrical, mechanical, carpentry and/or plumbing services
- Must have Knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing
- Knowledgeable on maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Willing to do fieldwork.
