Job Description
This role will be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day to day basis. The Administrator should ensure data accuracy across accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads and other related fields or values. He/She must be able to identify and fix errors made by the systems or users and communicate the error along with its resolutions to its stakeholders in a professional manner. He/She will also be the central point of contact for all changes, requests, and system alterations. This responsibility also entails creation of training materials, manuals as well as policies and procedures related to CRM. The CRM Administrator is required to work with all stakeholders concerned towards achieving its mission. He/She also must be cognizant in creating strategy towards achieving full Pilmico Digitalization by identifying areas of opportunities for streamlined processes and integrations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all key functionalities are understood
- Enforces user adoption through various means
- Creates and builds reports and dashboards specific to use
- Provides helpdesk support to all users
- Maintains control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges
- Prevents unauthorized access from ex-employees via de-provisioning
- Provisions all new users, providing system training and customization
- Generates detailed process maps for sales, marketing, and business workflows
- Imports and exports data as required to synchronize back-end systems
- Works with IT and other Departments to manage project implementations and back-end integrations
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Experience in training, project management, and customer relationship management
- Strategic and analytically inclined personality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer software and data processing skills
- Must be able to create complex reports and present them in a professional manner
- Must be able to create training materials
- Must have the ability to convince, motivate users to adopt new technology
- Must be hard working and analytical
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 6 months in a marketing or sales administration
- Exceptional knowledge of CRM administration, sales processes, automation, workflows, data management and training & support skills
- At least 1-year experience Salesforce CRM on its Technicality, Architecture, Development, and Administration
