Job Description
Bakers are responsible for daily production and ensure all are in good quality baked products, has the ability to develop new recipes and could assists in training by doing baking demonstrations and has the ability to lead by example on a proper production system.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Oversees day to day production and daily production report.
- Produces baked products that subscribe to a standard quality.
- Assists and recommends in recipe development.
- Recommends improvement of existing recipes and product presentation.
- Assists in the baking demonstration and could communicate with the trainees on procedural steps in baking clearly.
- Conducts a field baking demonstration as requested by sales outside PRTB.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed a vocational course in baking or equivalent.
- 1-year experience as a full-time baker.
- Good time management skills.
