You will be working in a young tech startup (think of Instagram or Facebook in their early days!) that is focused on revolutionizing the health and medical industry. As a Product Manager a.k.a. the all-around person in the team, you are expected to help the company build great products -- from crafting product ideas down to selling the product to its consumers. You will be collaborating with different kinds of people (e.g. software engineers, graphic artists, business owners, administrators, and end-users, to name a few) in order to get the job done.
You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, insightful, and driven to get things done. You will be working with like-minded individuals: dreamers and achievers with beautiful hearts!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop feature ideas that address user needs.
- Work cross-functionally (with engineers, UX designers, marketing, etc) to launch your features.
- Determine metrics to evaluate the success of your features and make improvements.Directs the product development planning and ensures that the minimum required specifications of the consumers are met
- Converts user feedback into tasks for the development team
- Conducts market research and analysis
- Provides marketing and sales stategies to increase the reach and profitability of the product
- Prepares content for client presentations, business proposals, and other documents needed for business transactions
- Generates weekly reports on the product development performance

Minimum Qualifications
- Looking for a meaningful project to work on
- College graduate with a degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management preferred (fresh grads ok)
- Had active involvement in student organizations and/or other extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
- Can work anywhere (can work from home, does not need a fancy office)
- Understands and/or ready to adapt to ‘startup culture’
