JOb Description:
• Process project payables ina weekly basis
• Check, evaluates and posts the daily equipment time record (DETR) encoded by the Inventory Clerk
• Process, evaluates and submit to PA for posting the concrete pouring monitaoring sheet (CPMS).
• Monitors proper documentation and transmits RFP to the HO.
• Creates monthly Objective and Target Program (OTP) in accordance with the processed payables.
• Creates monthly Accruals to monitor expenses which was not processed and transmitted to HO.
• Creates weekly monitoring for all payables processed and transmitted to monitor delays.
• Creates monhtly monitoring for all payables not processed and transmitted to monitor delays.
• Initiate necessary actions "on hold" billings.
• Prepares monitoring of charges on subcontractor advances (e.g. materials, labor and equipment)
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• preferably with 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowleageable in Accounting practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Detail-oriented
• Can work independently and prioritize responsibilities
