Job Description
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for providing computer-aided drafting and detailed design work.
You are expected to:
- Assist in the preparation/production of detailed architectural/engineering drawings and site development plans
- Coordinate with the consultants, Design officer and Project Manager to discuss and ensure the design’s constructability
- Conduct site visits to check the project existing condition and viability
- Coordinate with Design Staffs (Manila office)
- Coordinates with all engineers in the site regarding schematic plans
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify, you must be:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- A licensed Architect
- Have 2-3 years experience in Architectural design
- Have previously worked in an Architectural firm: preferred but not required
- Proficient in using Autocad, Sketch-Up, 3D rendering, Vray
- Have an eye for detail
- Willing to do site works
