Corporate Finance Analyst


Job Description

  • Support the formulation of strategic plans and initiatives
  • Forecast the company's 5-year performance by creating financial models and forecasting financial statements. This business plan can be used to analyze the actual performance of the company which is essential for decision making.
  • Assess the profitability of potential business or projects that the company may pursue by creating financial models and forecasting financial statements of potential projects
  • Size market opportunities, assess competitive situations, assess internal capabilities, assess the best way forward to capture opportunities, and review of potential transactions/acquisition opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of Business, Management Engineering, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or the equivalent
  • With experience in developing and evaluating business plans
  • With at least one (1) year of work experience in a strategy, corporate planning, or business development role
  • Relevant work experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, or equity research preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst is an advantage.
