Job Description
- Prepare and maintain a continuing record of the following:
- Detailed accounts analysis with corresponding monthly recapitulations/summaries.
- General subsidiary ledger's balances.
- Schedule of account requiring and or correcting entries.
- Undertake first-hand recording, sorting/classifying of financial transaction on the prescribed book of accounts.
- Coordinate with staff and officers concerned regarding liquidation's of working sub-advances, a prompt accomplishment of reimbursing field expenses vouchers.
- Advise Head of Office through pertinent annotation on entries for baseline reference and appropriate basis for action.
- Assist in the preparation of the Chapter/Office annual budget proposal making compiled bookkeeping records a reference.
- Perform such other duties and function as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course to be the field.
- Being flexible and patient.
- Being able to work independently or as a team.
- Having good communication skills.
- Being able to work with people from different background
