Job Description
To coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Tindog, Tabang, Leyteno (TTL) Project delivered by the Philippine Red Cross in partnership with the American Red Cross in Leyte Province
- Lead a team supporting and implementing developmental projects on behalf of the Philippine Red Cross and American Red Cross
- Lead and direct daily activities of program team from both an operational and program level
- Coordinate monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, providing timely updates and reports to program partners on all aspects of program implementation
- Manage and coordinate the overall program budget
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Development Studies, Management or related courses
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ work experience in project development and management with experience in budgeting and project planning
- Preferably with 2 years’ management and leadership experience
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred (or with a similar Humanitarian organization)
