Job Description
- Manage the program planning and implementation of the Health Services
- Organize prepare, conduct training and disseminate information on Red Cross services
- Monitor and evaluate program implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target communities.
- Consult with the Chapter Management and coordinate with the Chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services.
- Consult with the offices at National Headquarters to keep abreast of the developments and keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with prior approval of Chapter Manager.
- Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for submission to the Chapter Administrator and at National Headquarters
- Seek for the improvements of services deliveries through sound recommendations, suggestions, proposals, and innovations
- Assists in fostering healthy relationships with the Chapter and other organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related courses
- Registered Nurse
- At least 1-year experience in training and facilitation.
- Experience with PRC as a staff member or volunteer is preferred (or similar humanitarian organization).
- Project management or coordination experience is an advantage
