Job Description
Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER)
- Receive, review, record and route letters and communications to concerned parties.
- Receive incoming calls; entertain inquiries, welcome and brief office guests.
- Draft letters/ memos and transmits communications to concerned parties when required.
- Develops and maintains proper filling, compilation, as well as storage of office documents.
- Ensures adequate office supplies, prepare inventory, control and manage utilizationprocess requests
- Requests cash advances/ revolving fund and disburses
- Liquidates and vouchers office expenditures.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Four (4) year course
- Has an experience in corporate/ organizational-based, project/program monitoring, and reporting related field
- Fast, Friendly, Forward-looking, Focused and Flexible
- Knowledge of business principles, business administration
- Knowledge in MS Office applicatio
- Discretion and Confidentiality
