Job Description
- Coordinates and oversees preparation of operational plans and budget of the Norwegian Red Cross suppported projects.
- Oversees the preparation and review of the required project budget and reporting documentation.
- Supervises the project implementation and effective monitoring and evaluation.
- Establishes guidelines and strategis for program implementation.
- Prepares the risk management strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Georgraphy, Social Sciences or related courses.
- Minimum of 5 years' work experience in program and project management.
- Minimum of 3 years in disaster risk management and organizational development.
- Experience working for the Philippine Red Cross or similar humanitarian organization in a financial management role preferred.
